What does “Your institution’s mobile device manager controls the content on your device” mean?

The Vscan Air app can be deployed on devices controlled by a Mobile Device Manager (MDM). MDMs are typically used by organizations to manage mobile devices that have access to the institution's data or systems.

Your organization’s firewall or Mobile Device Manager (MDM) might be blocking access to the GE Healthcare servers, which is required for signing in. Please request to whitelist the following URLs:











Port Configurations for Features

Source/destination : PACS /DICOM server

Description : Optional connection to PACS / DICOM server for patient and image archiving / retrieval.

DICOM storage, DICOM Query/Retrieve and DICOM Worklist are supported. 

Network Service/Ports : DICOM 1024/1025/4242 

Source/destination : Network file share

Description : The system can be configured to use network share as output for storage of images, for export of images and for backup. 

Network Service/Ports : SMB , 445

Source/destination : Vscan Air-IDM, GEHC MyImageCloud , GEHC MyDeviceHub: 

Description : For registration and activation of User Account

GEHC Cloud Exam Management Solution

GEHC Enterprise Device Management solution. 

Network Service/Ports : HTTPS, 443

Source/destination : Vscan Air CL

Description : To support Vscan Air CL communication

Network Service/Ports : 67, 68, 49152,and 49200
