No connection between Probe and Device

No connection between the Vscan Air probe and the mobile device


To be able to connect the Vscan Air probe to the mobile device, the mobile device’s Wi-Fi should be turned ON.


If the connection is broken, try these steps:

• Ensure the Wi-Fi is enabled in the mobile device.

• Ensure that the Vscan Air probe is turned ON.

• Ensure that 'Flight mode' is OFF
