The probe attempts to send a message to the app device as to why it is shutting down. But if the battery level is low as it is booting, it may end up shutting down before the connection completes, or before the message has been sent.
Solution Place the probe on the charger and try again when sufficiently charged. If the problem persists, the probe has an issue that requires service.
