Is there a change in image resolution when using different mobile devices?

  • Screen resolution on most mobile devices is very high, there may be minimal noticeable differences in image resolution with different devices.
  • To obtain the best image quality visualization it is recommended to use devices with a minimum screen resolution of 960 x 640 (or 640 x 960) pixels. Prior to scanning for the first time, the display brightness should be adjusted using the display calibration scale from the ‘Menu’ to visualize the complete grey scale range.
  • It is recommended to turn off adaptive brightness, color filters etc. that could impact the visualization. Refer to the User Manual à ‘Display device image quality verification’ for more details.
