Known Issues & Limitations
We are currently experiencing PW noise issue on some iPhone/iPad models with OS 18.7/26. When PW noise issue seen, both app and probe need to restart.
Early Adopters of Pixel 10 series devices, please note these devices are currently not compatible with Vscan Air Application. The display is experiencing issues that prevent users from saving images. We recommend you continue using the compatible device previously used or select a different compatible device to use with Vscan Air.
Note: The Vscan Air app is kept compatible with OS versions as long as these are supported by the device manufacturers. A rule of thumb is that the three latest OS versions are supported.
Note : Caption AI is only visible in the presets and tools menu if purchased and is supported by the Vscan Air SL only.
Note : Caption AI may be subject to government regulation and may not be available in all countries. Please check with your local GEHC representative for details.
