1. Swipe left to right or tap close to the battery and preset icon in the left top corner of the screen to access menu.
2. Select Diagnostics from the Menu. Make sure that the probe to be tested is connected to the app.

3. Tap Probe Diagnostics.
4. Press the ‘Start’ button to start the Probe diagnostics test. The progress will be shown at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: The display device must be connected to a probe to be able to start the diagnostics.

5. If the Diagnostics test passes the below screen displays:

If the Diagnostics test fails, contact GE HealthCare Service via the hotline number:
You can share device logs with GE HealthCare for instance, if diagnostic test fails.

6. GE HealthCare service guides the customer through the procedure to upload the system log file.
NOTE: System logs exported from the device will be stored for GE HealthCare service access 1 year before being deleted from the server.7. GE HealthCare service runs checklist.
8. GE HealthCare service places the order for the replacement Vscan Air and provides shipment details.
