Degrading image quality | Could be due to damaged transducer or dead elements | |
Bad image quality, cross contamination, electrical shock | Could be due to dropping the probe or wrong cleaning agents used or the probe could have come in contact with sharp edges. | |
Electric shock from the probe | Could be due to dropping the probe. | |
Not able to disinfect properly | Uneven surfaces, cracks, uneven joint parts. | |
Probe not turning ON | Could be due to hardware issue. Probe power button not working. | |
Not able to pair with probe | Probe may already be connected to a different instance of the app. | Turn ON the probe and press probe button. If issue persists, contact your regional GEHC service/sales representative |
