Diagnostics
- Automatic transducers check - Select the automatic transducers check interval. One of the following intervals can be selected: Per connection/Once per day/Once per week/Once per month/Never.
1. Select Diagnostics from the Menu
2. Tap "Automatic transducers check".
3. Tap the preferred interval/setting (Once per week is selected in picture seen below)

- Run Diagnostics - To run all the Diagnostic tests refer the section ‘Diagnostics Test’.
Run Diagnostics
- Send log - On selecting the send log button, the device will send diagnostics logs and system logs to the server.
Send log infomation - iOS with no SIM card
Please stay connected to the Vscan Air probe when initiating the Send log activity to fetch the most recent log from the probe for transfer to the server.
• Android devices do use Wi-Fi-direct and the display device will stay connected to the Vscan Air probe while sending the logs.
• iOS devices might need to disconnect from the Vscan Air probe to send the logs depending on the availability of a mobile data connection.
• If the iOS display device has a mobile data connection and mobile data is enabled, it will not need to disconnect from the Vscan Air probe.Disclaimer: The information herein is not intended to replace the product’s User Manual.
