How do I access MyImageCloud?
Go to myvscan.gehealthcare.com. Enter the credentials you use to sign into the Vscan Air app, then navigate to MyImageCloud.
Is the cloud storage solution HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA compliance review has been done and all requirements have been met.
How much data can I store? Are there limits?
MyImageCloud is intended for a single user, not an enterprise or large clinic with multiple users. GE Healthcare may enforce storage limits of 500 exams per year.
How long does GE Healthcare store the uploaded data?
GE Healthcare will store exam data for up to seven years, as long as the subscription is active. If the subscription lapses or is discontinued, users will have 30 days to download the data they need.
How do I share exam data?
De-identified images may also be shared via a unique link, which can be generated from MyImageCloud and shared with desired individuals via your choice of messaging app. The recipient does not need to create an account to view this link.
I received an email that my colleague shared an exam with me in MyImageCloud. How do I access it?
Shared exams can be accessed via myvscan.gehealthcare.com. You can sign in using the same credentials that you use for the Vscan Air App.
If you do not use the Vscan Air App and don’t have an account with GE Healthcare, you will be required to download the APP and create an account prior to accessing the shared exam(s).
