Fluids inside probe
The probe got dropped or collided with some other object and covers could have broken.
Contact your regional GEHC service/sales representative
Battery door sealing not working
Fluids inside probe, cross contamination, water and dust particulate can enter inside the probe, causing degradation in performance.
Degrading image quality
Could be due to damaged transducer or dead elements
Bad image quality, cross contamination, electrical shock
Could be due to dropping the probe or wrong cleaning agents used or the probe could have come in contact with sharp edges.
Electric shock from the probe
Could be due to dropping the probe.
Not able to disinfect properly
Uneven surfaces, cracks, uneven joint parts.
Probe not turning ON
Could be due to hardware issue. Probe power button not working.
Not able to pair with probe
Probe may already be connected to a different instance of the app.
Turn ON the probe and press probe button. If issue persists, contact your regional GEHC service/sales representative
