Troubleshooting in Vscan Air CL Print

Vscan Air CL has no power.
When battery is discharged.
Charge the Vscan Air CL probe for at least 10 minutes and then power on.
Battery defect or end of life.
Vscan Air CL is not charging.
Defective battery or probe hardware issue
Contact your regional GEHC service/sales representative
Defective AC adapter.
Defective wireless charger pad.
Defective USB cable.
Mains power is down.
Ensure that the charger is connected to a powered wall outlet.
Temperature is outside the specified limits.
Ensure the ambient temperature is within the specified limits
Display screen is blank when the device is powered on.
Connection broken during software loading.
Parts of the image is missing when scanning.
Channels are missing.
No image displayed when scanning.
Scan screen is not displayed.
Battery may not have sufficient charge.
Charge the Vscan Air CL probe for at least 60 minutes.
